Norm Smookler, Associate

For 30 years Norm Smookler has been helping individuals and organizations become more effective and happy. To accomplish this he uses the tools of strategy coaching, facilitation/training, mediation and sound therapy.

Norm's first step in working with a new client is to ensure a safe climate for change. He implements a "4-Quarter Model" to diagnose what blend of directive and non-directive strategies will be most successful, and what dosage of each to use.

At one point in his career he was an active member on 15 boards of directors including a $45 Million year corporation and a non-profit with $50 Million in assets. He has co-designed several personal growth courses which are still being delivered. Norm is known for combining a fast-paced direct approach with a sensitive awareness around deep human needs.
